Description
This Fender Custom Shop 1961 Stratocaster NOS captures the essence of one of Fender’s most iconic eras, combining historical accuracy with modern precision. The Fiesta Red nitrocellulose finish over an alder body delivers both visual depth and a lively, resonant acoustic response.
The maple neck features a comfortable 60 Style Oval “C” profile, paired with a rosewood fingerboard that adds warmth and smoothness to the attack. The 9.5” radius and narrow tall 6105 frets provide a modern playing feel while preserving vintage character, making the instrument highly expressive and versatile.
Electronically, the Hand-Wound Fat ’60s pickups offer a rich, dynamic voice with excellent clarity, ranging from sparkling cleans to warm, articulate overdrive tones. The traditional 5-way switching delivers all the classic Strat sounds with outstanding balance and definition.
Vintage-style hardware and Custom Shop craftsmanship complete an instrument that goes beyond reissue status, delivering an authentic playing experience with modern reliability.
