Description
The Fender Custom Shop Artisan Korina Telecaster NOS Aged Natural 2024 combines the refined aesthetics of the Artisan series with the most beloved sonic characteristics of Fender tradition. The semi-hollow korina body, finished in Aged Natural nitrocellulose, offers an extremely resonant response and a lightweight feel, delivering an open, dynamic tone rich in harmonics. The roasted maple neck with a ’60s Style Oval C profile ensures great stability and an instantly familiar feel, while the AAA rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5″ radius and 21 jumbo 6100 frets ensures comfort, precision, and easy bending.
The electronics are one of the most interesting aspects of this Telecaster: the Fender Handwound ’50-’51 Blackguard pickup at the bridge maintains all the bright, punchy, and twangy character typical of the best vintage Teles, while the Custom P90 at the neck adds body, warmth, and a richer, more aggressive sound. The combination of the two pickups, controlled by the classic three-way selector, makes the instrument extremely versatile and suitable for a wide range of musical genres.
The specifications are completed by the 1958-1963-style Telecaster bridge, faithful to the vintage Fender tradition and capable of ensuring stability and immediate response to the touch. The guitar comes with an original Fender Custom Shop hardshell case, a certificate of authenticity, and all original tags. A Telecaster exclusive, built with selected materials and designed for those seeking an instrument with a unique character, capable of standing out both for its aesthetics and its sonic personality.
