Description
Fender Stratocaster Jimi Hendrix Tribute, a Stratocaster created as a tribute to one of the players who forever changed the way the electric guitar could sound, feel and be played.
Its alder body follows the classic Fender formula and is paired with an maple neck featuring an Oval C profile and a maple fingerboard. The traditional 7.25” radius, 21 vintage-style frets and six-screw Synchronized Tremolo give the guitar a distinctly vintage feel inspired by late-1960s Stratocasters.
One of its most distinctive features is the set of three Vintage single-coil pickups with Reverse Staggered pole pieces. This Hendrix-inspired configuration gives the guitar its own particular response while preserving the clarity, attack and dynamic character associated with a traditional Stratocaster.
The SSS configuration and five-way selector provide the full range of classic Fender tones, from open and articulate cleans to sparkling in-between sounds and the sharper voice of the bridge pickup. Add overdrive or fuzz and the guitar reveals its more aggressive personality, combining definition, harmonic richness and the raw character associated with the great Strat tones of the late 1960s.
Weighing 3.810 kg and supplied with its case, this Jimi Hendrix Tribute is much more than a visually inspired Stratocaster. It is a guitar built around a specific vintage feel and tonal identity, making it an appealing choice for players looking for classic Fender character with an unmistakable connection to one of the most important chapters in electric guitar history.
