Description
This Fender Stratocaster 1965 Sunburst represents a true pre-CBS era instrument, capturing the unmistakable character of mid-’60s Fender production. Serial number 115198 aligns perfectly with its original features: three grey bottom pickups, 1965-dated pots, and untouched electronics delivering that classic open, dynamic Strat tone. The neck, dated September 1965, offers a solid and comfortable feel, while the original sunburst finish reflects decades of natural aging and authenticity. The original neck plate further confirms the integrity of the instrument, making it not only a remarkable player but also a highly collectible piece with a rich, expressive voice that continues to inspire.
