Description
The 1957 Gibson Les Paul Junior is one of the purest expressions of Gibson’s golden era. Originally designed as a straightforward, no-frills instrument, it quickly earned legendary status thanks to its incredible tone and unmistakable personality. Its solid mahogany body and neck provide warmth, sustain and exceptional resonance, while the large Rounded C neck profile delivers the substantial feel that players associate with the finest late-’50s Gibsons. The Brazilian rosewood fingerboard features a 12″ radius and 22 medium-low frets, offering an authentic vintage playing experience. At the heart of the guitar is its original P-90 pickup, renowned for its ability to deliver sparkling cleans, rich midrange and raw, aggressive overdrive with outstanding touch sensitivity. The original Gibson Wraparound bridge further enhances resonance and sustain, making this Les Paul Junior remarkably responsive and inspiring to play. It comes complete with a non-original hard case.
