Description
The Mezzabarba Sintesi embodies the character and build quality of the Italian brand’s great amplifiers in a compact, powerful, and surprisingly versatile combo. Entirely handcrafted in Italy with point-to-point wiring, it combines the MZero’s first-channel preamp section with the Z Series power amp, delivering a rich, authoritative sound that naturally follows every nuance of your playing.
The single-channel configuration maintains immediate and intuitive use, while the Gain, Bass, Middle, Treble, Volume, and Presence controls allow you to precisely shape the amplifier’s response. The three 12AX7 tubes in the preamp and the pair of 6V6 tubes in the power amp deliver 20 watts of tube power, enough for impressive presence and dynamics without sacrificing the ability to reach the ideal saturation point. The 12-inch Celestion Vintage 30 speaker, made in the UK, delivers a defined, full-bodied, and punchy sound, perfect for enhancing the guitar’s natural character as well as working with effects and pedals.
The Baltic birch plywood cabinet, assembled with hand-crafted finger joints, contributes to a solid and controlled response. The Sintesi is an amplifier designed for those seeking simplicity, quality craftsmanship, and a truly professional platform for building their own sound: compact in size, yet capable of delivering the feel and authority of a premium amplifier.
