Description
The 1963 Fender Deluxe Brown is one of the most captivating combo amps of the “Brownface” era—a pivotal transitional period between the 1950s Tweed models and the subsequent Blackface amps.
Based on the 6G3 circuit, it delivers approximately 20 tube-driven watts via a pair of 6V6 power tubes and a single 12-inch speaker. Its character is warm, dynamic, and slightly more aggressive than that of the Blackface Deluxe, featuring a highly musical, natural breakup that kicks in at manageable volume levels. The tube-driven tremolo adds further depth to a sound already rich in harmonics and personality.
A genuine 1963 Fender vintage original, it is highly sought after by both collectors and musicians for its direct, organic, and instantly recognizable tone.
